As a Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you will play a central role in our team by developing strategic marketing initiatives that communicate the benefits of our products in a clear and compelling way.
Responsibilities
  • You will conduct market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities and risks early on, ensuring the right target audiences are addressed effectively
  • You will develop and implement positioning and messaging strategies for our products to highlight their benefits and differentiation in the market
  • You will take ownership of planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates
  • You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth and successful market entries
  • You will craft compelling content and lead magnets (whitepapers, blog articles, case studies, presentations) that simplify complex technical information and appeal to our target customer groups
  • You will create materials and training resources to support the sales team in acquiring and retaining customers effectively
  • You will work closely with Product Management to gather customer feedback and influence the product roadmap accordingly
  • You will measure and analyze the success of product marketing activities, continuously optimizing strategies based on KPIs
Requirements
  • You bring 3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a technology-driven or deep-tech company
  • You have a solid understanding of technological products and excel at explaining complex technologies in a simple and comprehensible manner
  • You have hands-on experience in developing and implementing go-to-market and positioning strategies that drive business success
  • Your excellent communication skills in English enable you to create compelling, audience-focused content across diverse formats
  • You are proficient in using analytical tools and making data-driven decisions to inform strategies and optimize outcomes
  • You thrive in an agile team environment, with the capability to independently drive projects forward and deliver results
